David Fisher was born in central Ohio. He enlisted in the US Army in 1973 and began his career as an Army Field Medic. He later became an LPN and continued on to receive his Physician Assistant degree.  In addition to his stateside assignments, he has been to Korea, Germany, and Panama (with a 2 month hitch in El Salvador), and he served in the Persian Gulf War.  He is married to his lovely wife, Deb, and has 2 sons.
