Callie Cook currently lives in Ada, Oklahoma and has been a resident there since birth. She graduated from Byng High School in 2014.  She started her college career at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma and finished her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2019.  Callie had been providing oral health care to her patients in Ada until joining the FHCSO staff  in November 2021. She was married in September of 2020 to her husband, Chase, and has a yorkie and mini aussie that keep her busy.   In addition, she enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.​
