The Family Health Center of Southern Oklahoma is a new federally funded community health center located in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. After receiving a community health center grant, the center opened on January 5, 2004. We are a public, non-profit organization that receives federal funding to provide services to all individuals regardless of ability to pay.

The mission of the Family Health Care Center of Southern Oklahoma is to provide quality primary healthcare for our community with care and compassion.

Our vision is to operate in a profitable, cost efficient manner while striving to provide quality care to our patients through expanding our medical services
and adding new programs.
